Nick Gorringe
CEONick Gorringe is the CEO and brings an incredible 36 years of industry knowledge to the table.
Nick specialises in creating high-performing teams and simplifying technology.
He enjoys travelling the globe by motorcycle & anything else motorcycle related.
Fun fact: Want to know something fun about Nick? He isn’t fun! Shhh!
His aspiration for the programme in the next three to five years is for our network of MSPs to be the default choice
as the service provider for small and medium enterprises in the UK.

Dan Hitchen
COODan Hitchen, Chief Operating Officer has been in the industry for 31 years.
Dan’s specialist areas include human resources, marketing, accounts, purchasing, sales, operations and import and exports.
Dan enjoys participating in sporting activities, spending time with friends and relaxing in his spare time.
Fun fact: He is a qualified cricket and lacrosse coach!
Dan aspires for the programme to deliver corporate-grade IT service and
support to the SME market across the UK and beyond in the next 3-5 years.

Nicholas Sheehan
CRONick Sheehan is a Chief Revenue Officer with an incredible 39 years of industry knowledge and experience.
His speciality is in sales and marketing, and he has spent the most part of his career helping customers achieve their goals.
He has been a martial artist and runner for 42 years!
Fun fact: He once learned Latin dancing on TV with Cheryl Baker from Bucks Fizz.
Just his luck half of the office was off sick at the time and watched it!
Nick believes that the programme can change people’s lives for the good.
When we look back, he wants to see a network of people who have created great working environments for their teams and customers –
people who have created positive change for their families.
We aim to disrupt the industry – he wants to see that disruption with a smile on his face.

Gary Urwin
Program DirectorGary Urwin, Program Director, has been in the industry for a whopping 34 years.
His areas of expertise are IT programme/project management and delivery,
IT service management, customer relationship management, continual service improvement and business change.
Gary enjoys anything with four wheels! Skiing, hiking and he also likes mending things.
Fun fact: You might have to get a glass of water for this one! He once won a chilli eating contest,
he ate ¼ of a bhut jolokia (one million Scoville) and did not melt into a pool of sweat! Crikey!
His aspirations are for the programme to deliver its checkpoints and milestones on time or earlier and to
exceed expectations in terms of scale, by growing into Europe and beyond.
